Possible designs and layout of the hold
The ship offers the new owner a unique opportunity to project and make completely true all his ideas and dreams. You have complete freedom to go for this "challenge" and realize a magnicifent watervilla.
First here under the deckplan in the current situation, the layout as it is now accompanied by the sizes.

Three possible designs
To give an idea about the possiblities three layouts have been drawn as a first impression.
Of course there is much more possible.
Layout 1.

In layout 1 was chosen for a large kitchen on the deck above a storeroom adjoining utility room. From there, a staircase leading to a large 'living' with adjoining bedroom 1 & 2, then a short walk along one water-closet, a laundry room and a bathroom, then you come in the master bedroom with attached water-closet 2 Above WC1, laundry room and bedroom 1 is a deck terrace. The master bedroom can also be built into the ship on a higher level. On the back is the deckhouse still a possible self-contained accommodation with shower for your own use, lodgers or possibly a B & B.
Layout 2

Layout 2, just before the kitchen om deck there is a main entrance from where both the kitchen and the 'living' as the deck-terrace are directly accessible. Now there are two bedrooms next to each other with their own wardrobe and study facilities adjacent to the central living area. This area is very spacious, more than 11 meters long and nearly 60 m2. Before the living there is a water-closet, laundry room and bathroom, the master bedroom is in the front with adjoining private water-closet. The deckhouse is an independent living room for their own use, lodgers or even poss. a b & b.
Layout 3.

In layout 3 the main entrance is further forward on deck where also is a large deck terrace . Before the wheelhouse there is a lounge / relaxation area, from this room a very large 'living area' is accesable with a kitchen , kitchenisland and fireplace. Here again there are two bedrooms with wardrobe and study facilities. By a short hallway you pass the water-closet, laundry room and bathroom to the master bedroom. The deckhouse remains a independent living room.
